I had a couple friends visits and their kids, and had to keep them busy or otherwise I would be the one needing to be resting after running around trying to keep up with these 2 energetic sweeties.

I dove a bit on some theories I had study before and got to make this little post about it, I like this style of psychology, but on the real world this is just to keep in mind, getting it done is not for everyone, much less anytime you want.
